Delivery + Returns
We ship worldwide, with free delivery in the UK on orders £100 and over.
All of our prints are made to order and therefore we are unable to estimate exact delivery times.
However, an estimated shipping time is given at checkout, and depending on your location there are tracked and untracked options. For example, in the UK we offer tracked courier services by DPD, and untracked options using Royal Mail.
Printing and production can take up to 4 days on top of the delivery time, so please factor this in when placing your order.
Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes except for 6x8" prints which are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes.
All framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or has a defect, please email a picture and description of the problem to email@example.com and we'll arrange a reprint ASAP.
If your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery address, or you fail to collect your delivery from you local depot and it is returned to us, we will have to recharge postage to send it back out to you.
We have printers all around the world, including in the UK and the EU. Your order automatically goes to the nearest printer. It's therefore extremely unlikely that you will incur any customs or import fees, however, depending on your exact location it's still possible. It's important you check this before ordering as any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.
